We Are Hiring – Sales Team Supervisor

The role of Sales Team Supervisor is one of the most important within Extra Property sales operations and successful candidates will be responsible for managing & supervising our team of Property Consultants, Organize and manage the CRM, Coordinates & assists customers and staff during business hours.

Successful candidates will be:

  • Monitor, organize and distribute new leads with the team of Property Consultants
  • Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales Property Consultants
  • Organize and coordinate senior Property Consultants schedules
  • Analyze and prepare CRM database performance reports on regular basis
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Recommends changes to current the workflow or procedures based on team performance
  • Ensure and provide all the necessary tools which can help and support the team
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
  • Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field.
  • Advanced level (reading/writing/speaking) in English
  • 2 years’ previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Self-motivated and able to work well without close supervision
  • Computer proficient, using MS products, online chat and in-house database
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
