The position is Real Estate Consultant (Russian Speaker) and successful candidates will be the first contact for our new clients.
Therefore, your Customer Service skills will ensure that you can respond quickly and efficiently to new inquiries, in addition to build relationships and offering advice and information. You will develop and manage a database of up to 250 clients on a regular basis.
-Replying to all new inquiries in a professional and informative manner.
-Creating and updating in-house CRM.
-Identifying clients’ needs and sending property offers to meet budget & requirements.
-Establishing client relationships to build trust and rapport.
-Encouraging clients to visit, and arranging viewing appointments.
-Setup site viewing with customers and coordinate with Senior sales team members.
-Answer prospects questions in Live Chat.
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field.
-Russian Speaker, Advanced level (reading/writing/speaking).
-Advanced level (reading/writing/speaking) in English.
-2 years’ previous experience in customer support, client services, Real Estate Consultant, sales, or a related field.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Organized and reliable.
-Self-motivated and able to work well without close supervision.
-Computer proficient, using MS products, online chat and in-house database.
-Good communication and leadership skills.
-Persuasive and goal-oriented Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time efficiently.
-Driving licence is a plus.
-Professional Working Environment.
